Thank you very much for choosing to schedule your consultation. Please respectfully note a few terms, guidelines, and polite requests: -A FEW BUSINESS SIDE OF THINGS- Your payment will be considered a flat fee for a consultation UP TO 30 minutes. We handle various matters for multiple clients on a daily basis and, on your scheduling, we take time from those matters to fully dedicate attention and time to you so to properly prepare for and advise as to your issue. Noting that balance of interests, please kindly note that a refund or credit will not be issued, nor expected, in the following situations: (1) you, without prior 24 hours notice, cancel or do not show as to your consultation after scheduling, or (2) if you opt to - or circumstances on your account cause to - end the consultation prior to such 30-minute alotment. -PREPARATION AND DAY OF- As to any documents I may have previously requested from you (or as to which you feel may be pertinent to your call), you may send those to lawyer@chicago-advocates.com, and I kindly ask that you send them at least 72 hours prior to the call (if time permits). If you are scheduling your meeting via a telephone call: please call me at the provided number at the scheduled time. If your meeting with be through Zoom, please log on at the set time. In the unlikely event I am unable to answer your call or appear via Zoom, due to an emergency or unexpected conflict on my account, I sincerely apologize in advance and will make every attempt to contact you as soon as able and/or reschedule, and credit you applicable time.
